Medical Writing Portfolio

Welcome to my portfolio! I invite you to sit down, get cozy, and explore what’s here. As a freelance medical writer and editor, I love working on various projects and writing about diverse subjects. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with healthcare professionals, researchers, and organizations to convey critical information in an engaging narrative that can be understood by a broad audience—from healthcare practitioners to the general public. With a passion for both healthcare and the written word, I create a diverse range of content that bridges the gap between complex medical concepts and accessible and informative reading. I am detail-oriented in both my medical writing and editing roles and am well versed in style guides such as APA, AMA, and MLA.

Medical Editor

I have a special interest in editing as I love the opportunity it gives me to learn about something completely new. I have enjoyed editing and proofreading a vast array of documents.

  • Currently proofreading and editing patient education material and reports for Blood Cancer United
  • Edited papers written for publication by physicians at the University of Jordan Hospital where English was their secondary language
  • Edited master’s thesis for individuals in a variety of fields

Medical writer for peer-reviewed publications

I love helping busy researchers reach their publishing goals by writing, creating tables, performing literature searches, and assisting with the submission process. I also create power point presentations and write abstracts for conferences.
